| 目的 比较不同方法提取月季花中总黄酮的效益。方法 分别以双水相提取法和回流提取法对月季花药材进行提取,芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定月季花总黄酮含量。结果 双水相提取法得到的总黄酮含量较高。结论 双水相提取法方法简便,适用于月季花总黄酮的提取。 |

| Objective To make a comparison with the extraction technology of total flavones from Flos Rosae Chinensis.Methods Total flavones from Flos Rosa Chinensis were separated respectively by two-phase aqueous system extraction and heating reflux extraction.The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance.Results High content of total flavones was obtained by two-phase aqueous system extraction relatively.Conclusion The two-phase aqueous system extraction is simple and can be used as extracting total flavones from Flos Rosa Chinensis. |
