| 目的 探讨滤泡性淋巴瘤患者预后的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析59例滤泡性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,结合随访资料,对FL预后影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 单因素分析结果表明:患者的临床分期、Hb、结外病灶数目、B组症状有无、PS评分与预后密切相关,FLIPI不同评分各组预后差异有显著性;采用Cox回归模型进行多因素分析,结果显示:临床分期、PS得分、结外病变数、CD20单克隆抗体治疗是滤泡性淋巴瘤患者预后的影响因素。结论 滤泡性淋巴瘤患者的预后与多种因素及治疗方法有关,合理调控相关因素及采用免疫联合化疗的方法治疗可以延长患者的生存。 |

| Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the prognostic factors of follicular lymphoma(FL) patients. Methods Retrospective analysis was used in 59 case of FL patients with clinical data.Combined with follow-up data, single factor analysis and COX regression analysis methods were applied to study the prognostic factors of FL patients. Results The single factor analysis showed that patient's clinic stage, Hb, number of extranodal lesions, B symptoms, and PS score have significant effect on the five year survival rate of FL patients.COX regression analysis showed that patient's clinic stage, PS score, number of extranodal lesions, and CD20 monoclonal antibody therapy were the prognostic factors of FL patients. Conclusion The prognosis of FL patients is correlated with a variety of factors and treatment methods.Reasonable regulation of the correlated factors and the use of immune-related treatment methods combined with chemotherapy can prolong survival. |
