      目的 探讨成就动机与自我妨碍的关系,并检验自我效能在医学生成就动机与自我妨碍关系中的中介效应。方法 采用自我妨碍量表、自我效能量表与成就动机问卷对394名医学生进行问卷调查。结果 医学生自我妨碍存在性别差异,女生的自我妨碍得分高于男生(t=5.87,P=0.016<0.05),且成就动机及自我效能与医学生的自我妨碍呈显著负相关(r=-0.16,r=-0.15,P<0.01),自我效能在成就动机与自我妨碍中有部分中介作用。结论 医学生在考前存在一定程度的自我妨碍倾向,成就动机直接影响医学生的自我妨碍倾向,并通过自我效能的中介作用间接影响自我妨碍。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the relationship between medical students' achievement motivation and self-handicapping.Methods 394 medical students were tested by Self-handicapping Questionnaire,Achievement Motivation Scale and Self-efficacy Scale.Results There was significant difference between male students and female students in self-handicapping,and female students were much more self-handicapping than male students(t=5.87,P<0.05).Medical students' self-handicapping was negatively correlated with achievement motivation and self-efficacy(r=-0.16,r=-0.15,P<0.01).Self-efficacy played a role of partial mediator in the relationship between achievement motivation and self-handicapping.Conclusion There exists self-handicapping in medical students,and Self-efficacy partially mediates the effects of achievement motivation and self-handicapping.
