接振工人冷水及振动负荷前后手部红外摄像的研究

摘    要:应用红外摄像仪对冷水负荷和振动负荷前后接振工人及对照工人手部红外图像进行比较研究。结果显示:手指点湿和手部平均温度无显差异;冷水负荷后5分钟、10分钟接振工人的手部皮肤温度、复温率与对照组比较有显性差异,振动负荷后即刻、5分钟手部温度有显性差异。说明长期接触振动可出现手部红外图像的改变,红外摄像技术可应用于振动职业危害的研究,特别结合负荷试验更有实用价值。

Abstract:A study by infrared photography of the hands of workers exposed to vibration and of controls during a cold or vibratory loading test was carried out. The results showed that the hand skin temperature and temperature recovery rate of workers exposed to vibration in 5 minutes and 10 minutes after a cold loading test was significantly lower than that of the controls. The same results can be found in immediate and 5 minutes after a vibratory loading. This indicates that the change of the hand infrared photography can be found after a long duriation of exposure to vibration.
