| 面对新型冠状病毒疫情，广大医务人员彰显出强烈的社会责任感与奉献精神，也体现出医务人员具备高度责任意识和深厚人文情怀的重要性。儒家文化历来都强调责任，包含着传统医德的普遍规范，可为医学生责任意识的培养提供非常重要的文化资源。针对当前医学生责任意识培养的现状，可通过建立蕴涵儒家文化的课程资源体系；将儒家文化融入教学全过程；发挥榜样的引领作用；建立学校、院系、班级、医院“多层渗透”培养模式；构建学校、家庭和社会“三位一体”培养模式；创建互动式网络教学平台等培养模式，循序渐进的增强医学生的责任意识，为今后从事医疗工作打下坚实的道德基础。 |

| Facing the novel coronavirus epidemic, the vast numbers of medical personnels have demonstrated a strong sense of social responsibility and spirit of utter devotion, and also reflected the importance of medical personnels with high sense of responsibility and profound humanistic feelings. Confucian culture has always emphasized responsibility, including the general norms of traditional medical ethics, which can provide very important cultural resources for the cultivation of responsibility consciousness of medical students.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of medical students" sense of responsibility, we can establish a curriculum resource system containing Confucian culture; integrate Confucian culture into the teaching process in an all-round way; pay attention to the leading role of role models; establish a "multi-layer penetration" training model of schools, departments, classes and hospitals; build a "Trinity" training model of schools, families and society; and create interactive online education In order to lay a solid moral foundation for the medical work in the future, we should strengthen the responsibility consciousness of medical students step by step. |
