| 目的：比较晋冀两地政府对慢性非传染性疾病关注范围的异同,分析其与当地慢病工作效果评分之间的相关性。方法：收集晋冀两地慢病领域相关的政策文件、法律规制等,根据文件中是否针对慢病设置目标,计算关注范围。运用相关、回归分析关注范围与工作效果评分之间的关系。结果：截止到2017年,山西省慢病关注范围为50.00%,河北省慢病关注范围为45.45%；晋冀两地政府慢病关注范围与当地慢病工作效果评分之间存在相关性(r山西=0.747,r河北=-0.94)。结论：适宜的公共卫生体系应广泛体现公众健康需要,适时扩大服务覆盖范围；晋冀两地关注慢病范围均明显扩大且该指标对慢病防治效果有显著影响。 |

| Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of government concern on chronic diseases between Hebei and Shanxi province, to analyze the correlation between the concern scope and control effect score, to test the reliability and feasibility of the indicators. Methods: The research materials on the government concern of chronic diseases of Hebei and Shanxi were collected. Whether the government concern the chronic diseases depend on whether set goals in policy documents. Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the concern scope and score. Results: By 2017, the concern scope of Shanxi is 50.00%, and the concern scope of Hebei is 45.45%; There were correlations between the concern scope and work effect score both in Shanxi and Hebei (r Shanxi=0.747, r Hebei= -0.940). Conclusion: Appropriate public health system should fully reflect public health needs and expand service coverage in due time. The concern scope for chronic disease has been significantly expanded both in Hebei and Shanxi, which had a significant impact on work effect. |
