目的 利用光化学反应合成新型大环分子单羟基葫芦[7]脲,对比研究葫芦[7]脲和单羟基葫芦[7]脲在尿素溶液中与百草枯的包合行为。方法 使用光化学反应器合成单羟基葫芦[7]脲,通过质谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征;使用紫外分光光度计测定单羟基葫芦[7]脲的表观相对分子质量,以及百草枯在尿素溶液中的摩尔吸光系数;使用紫外滴定方法测定葫芦[7]脲和单羟基葫芦[7]脲在尿素溶液中与百草枯的包合常数。结果 通过电喷雾质谱和核磁共振氢谱分析证明成功合成了单羟基葫芦[7]脲;通过紫外分析可得单羟基葫芦[7]脲的表观相对分子质量为1419 g/mol,百草枯在尿素溶液中的摩尔吸光系数为11000 M-1·cm-1;葫芦[7]脲和单羟基葫芦[7]脲在尿素溶液中与百草枯的包合常数分别为35789 M-1和37684 M-1。结论 通过光化学反应可以成功制备单羟基葫芦[7]脲;葫芦[7]脲和单羟基葫芦[7]脲在尿素溶液中与百草枯有着相似的包合行为,包合常数十分接近;葫芦[7]脲和单羟基葫芦[7]脲在尿素溶液中与百草枯均有着较高的包合常数,有望实现对血清中百草枯的吸附,进而起到解毒的功效。 |

Objective New macrocyclic molecule monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril was synthesized by photochemical reaction. Inclusion behaviors between cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril with paraquat were studied comparatively. Methods Monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril was synthesized by photochemical reactor, then characterized by ESI-MS and 1H NMR. Apparent molecular weight of monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril and molar absorptivity of paraquat in urea solution were detected by UV Spectrophotometer. The binding constants between cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril with paraquat in urea solution were measured by UV titration method. Results Monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril was synthesized successfully by ESI-MS and 1H NMR. Apparent molecular weight of monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril is 1419 g/mol by UV analysis. Molar absorptivity of paraquat in urea solution is 11000 M-1·cm-1. The binding constants between cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril with paraquat in urea solution are 35789 M-1and 37684 M-1 respectively. Conclusion Monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril can be synthesized by photochemical reaction. Inclusion behaviors between cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril with paraquat in urea solution are similar. Meanwhile, the binding constants between cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril with paraquat in urea solution are almost the same, are very high as well. Hence, cucurbit[7]uril and monohydroxylated-cucurbit[7]uril may be used to absorb paraquat in serum and then play the role of detoxification. |
