| 《黄帝内经》敬业思想具有三个层面，即医者要有做“上工”的职业理想；要有“道甚明察”“临事以适道术”和“语之以其善”的职业技能；要有“审慎”和“从容”的职业态度。《黄帝内经》敬业思想的三个层面各有侧重，互为一体，是一个完整的思想体系。医学院校应该借鉴《黄帝内经》的敬业思想，以职业理想、职业技能和职业态度三个层面为着力点开展敬业思想教育。要通过夯实这三个着力点的基本教育路径，不断增强医学生敬业思想教育的实效性。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Professional dedication in Huangdi Neijing could be reflected from three aspects, namely, professional aspiration, professional skills and professional attitudes. Professional aspiration means that doctors should be determined to be the best ones; professional skills mean that doctors should be capable of communicating with patients in a patients-centered manner and integrating theory with practice with sound foundation of medical theories; and professional attitudes that doctors should act with a prudent and deliberate gesture in medical practice. The three aspects is a complete ideological system with respective emphasis. Medical universities and colleges shall lay emphasis on the education of professional aspirations, skills and attitudes of medical students in the light of professional dedication in Huangdi Neijing, so as to enhance the effectiveness of professional dedication education. |
