Abstract:Objective To discuss the factors affecting the adverse reactions of blood transfusion and the types of adverse reactions by analysising of the adverse reactions of blood transfusion in our hospital. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of adverse blood transfusion and ensure timely and effective blood transfusion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 17,3191 blood transfusion cases reported by our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017, the adverse reactions of different blood products and the adverse reactions of each department were analyzed. Results A total of 171 transfusions were reported, which were allergic reactions and non-hemolytic febrile reactions, at a rate of 0.10% . The blood products of blood transfusion adverse reactions included suspended leukocyte reduced red blood cells, frozen plasma and platelets. Among the blood products of transfusion adverse reactions, the incidence rate of platelets occupy the multiple.None in cryoprecipitate, washed red blood cells and autoblood. The majority of adverse reactions occurred in patients in department of Hematopathology, Pediatric Hematology and Nephrology. Conclusion The clinician should be strict with blood transfusion indications and avoid all unnecessary blood transfusion. Blood transfusion should be closely observed, and attention should be paid to the identification of adverse effects of blood transfusions, timely treatment of the disease, such as the need for further blood transfusions to take preventive measures to rationally select blood components, and promote autotransfusion. |
