目的 优化猫爪草多糖双氧水脱色工艺。方法 以多糖脱色率和保留率为考察指标,考察了单因素对脱色效果的影响并进行了正交优化。结果 猫爪草多糖双氧水脱色最优工艺为:脱色时间60 min、pH 9.0、脱色温度45℃、双氧水用量20%,此条件下脱色率为79.7%,多糖保留率为74.3%。结论 采用双氧水对猫爪草多糖脱色操作简单、工艺稳定,是一种可行脱色方法。 |

Objective To optimize decolorization process of polysaccharides from Radix ranunculi ternati with hydrogen peroxide. Methods Taking the decolorization rate and retention rate of polysaccharides as the index, the effects of single factor on the decolorization were investigated. and optimized by orthogonal tese. Results The optimal condition was as follows: decolorization time of 60 min, pH 9.0, decolorization temperature of 45℃, and 20% hydrogen peroxide, the decolorization rate and retention rate were 79.7%, 74.3%, respectively. Conclusion It is feasible that hydrogen peroxide is used to discolor polysaccharides from Radix ranunculi ternati, due to its stability and easy to operate. |
