| 摘 要：目的 调查分析大学生体质弱势群体的心理健康状况。方法 采用《症状自评量表SCL-90》对山东省13所高校的561名体育课程免修的体质弱势大学生进行测量。结果 大学生体质弱势群体量表得分7项高于全国常模，其中抑郁因子有显著性差异(P＜0.05）；女生强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、偏执因子得分高于男生(P＜0.05）；农村学生抑郁、敌对、恐惧因子得分和总均分高于城市学生(P＜0.05），强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑因子得分和总均分高于城市，有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01）；大一学生人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子得分高于常模(P＜0.05），大二、大三抑郁因子得分高于常模(P＜0.05），大四强迫症状、偏执因子得分高于常模(P＜0.05）。结论 大学生体质弱势群体的心理健康教育应受到重视，群体性别、生源地、年级的不同会导致心理健康水平的差异，应区别对待，有的放矢。 |

| Abstract: Objective To investigate the mental health status of college students with weak constitution, and to provide theoretical support for improving the mental health of College students. Methods The SCL-90 mental health self rating scale and the self compiled college students' mental health self rating scale were used to investigate 561 college students in Jining, Rizhao City, and from the University of Shandong, and to analyze the physical fitness of the 13 College students.Results The mental health level of Physical Vulnerable college students is relatively low; the mental health level of male is better than female, the mental health level of high grade students in lower grades, the mental health level of college students is better than rural students in city. Conclusion College Students' physique and mental health level are related. When they carry out mental health education for college students, they should take into account their physical health status, and should also consider the factors such as sex, grade and source of students.mental health of high school college students in the lower grades, the level of urban mental health of college students is better than rural students. |
