摘要:目的 探讨红花对兔心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:家兔随机分成3组:假手术组,缺血-再灌注损伤组,红花组,每组10只。ECG-1150心电图机观察心电图,检测血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸肌酶(CK)变化,免疫组化检测BCL-2基因蛋白表达, HE染色观察心肌细胞损伤情况并观察心肌梗死范围。结果:与假手术组CK(1516±206 )和LDH(234±39)相比,缺血-再灌注损伤组CK(6823±318)和LDH(723±43)水平显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);与假手术组相比,缺血-再灌注损伤组BCL-2基因蛋白阳性细胞数(28.32±1.03)显著增多,差异有统计学意义 (P < 0.05),缺血-再灌注损伤组心肌梗死范围增大,心肌细胞损伤显著;与缺血-再灌注损伤组CK(6823±318)和LDH(723±43)水平相比,红花组CK(3194±320 )和LDH(464±37)水平显著降低差异有统计学意义 (P < 0.05);与缺血-再灌注损伤组BCL-2基因蛋白阳性细胞数(28.32±1.03)相比,红花组BCL-2基因蛋白阳性细胞数(10.18±0.96)显著减少,差异有统计学意义 (P < 0.05),红花组心肌梗死范围减小,心肌细胞损伤减轻。结论:红花对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 |

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of Carthamus tinctorius on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups,Each group of 10. Sham operation group; Ischemia-reperfusion injury group; Carthamus tinctorius group. Ecg-1150 electrocardiogram machine was used to observe the electrocardiogram and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)、Creatine Kinase(CK)changes, immunohistochemical expression of BCL-2 gene, pathological sections HE staining to observe myocardial cells injuries, myocardial infarct size measurements. Reasult: Compared with CK(1516±206) and LDH(234±39) in the sham operation group, the levels of CK(6823±318) and LDH(723±43) in the ischemia-reperfusion injury group increased significantly, with statistically significant differences (P< 0.05). Compared with the sham operation group, ischemia-reperfusion injury group the BCL-2 gene protein positive cells count (28.32±1.03) significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), myocardial infarction, ischemia-reperfusion injury group increase scope, myocardial cell injury significantly; Compared with CK(6823 ±318) and LDH(723±43) levels in the ischemia-reperfusion injury group, the significant decreases in CK(3194±320) and LDH(464±37) levels in the Carthamus tinctorius group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Ischemia-reperfusion injury group the BCL-2 gene protein positive cells number (28.32±1.03) compared with carthamus tinctorius group the BCL-2 gene protein positive cells number (10.18±0.96) significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), Carthamus tinctorius group of myocardial infarction range decreases, and alleviate the damage of myocardial cells. Conclusion: Carthamus tinctorius has protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits. |
