目的 调查高校毕业生求职行为的特点,探讨社会支持对其求职行为的影响。方法 采用问卷法对320名高校应届毕业生进行了调查。结果 大学生的求职行为处于中等水平之上(总均分为3.47);学生所在院校、性别及有无打工经历影响其在求职行为上的差异性(P<0.05,P<0.001);除自主求职和关系求职外,社会支持各维度与求职行为各维度间存在不同程度的相关(P<0.05;P<0.01);逐步回归分析显示,主观支持和社会支持总分对求职强度、短期-长期求职和求职总分有预测作用(β在0.17—0.22之间),预测量为3%—13%。结论 社会支持系统,特别是学生感受到的主观支持更有利于学生的求职行为。 |

【】Objective To investigate the characteristics of college students" job search behavior, to explore the effect of social support on job search behavior. Methods By the method of questionnaire, 320 college graduates were investigated. Results College students" job search behavior at the medium level (total average score was 3.47); There were a significant difference at job search behavior because of different school , gender and working experiences(P<0.05,P<0.001); Except self and relation job search, dimension of social support and job search behaviorShad a different relation(P<0.05;P<0.01); Stepwise regression analysis showed that subjective support and total score of social support could be used to predict strength of employment, short-term or long-term job search and job scores (β between 0.17-0.22), the amount of prediction was 3% -13%. Conclusions Social support, especially subjective support was more advantageous to the students" job search behavior. |
