【摘要】目的:通过检测毛状样蛋白-1 (Human coactosin-like protein-1:COTL-1)和微血管密度(MVD)在子宫颈癌中的表达,探讨两者在子宫颈癌的发生发展过程中的作用及意义。方法:应用免疫组化(SP法)检测在25例正常宫颈上皮、13例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变I级(CINI)、22例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变Ⅱ-Ⅲ级(CINⅡ-Ⅲ)以及37例宫颈癌组织中COTL-1的表达及MVD值。结果:COTL-1在正常宫颈、CINI、CINⅡ-Ⅲ以及宫颈癌组织中,病变的级别越高,其染色强度越强,各研究组间比较均具有统计学意义(x2=12.43,P﹤0.01)。宫颈癌组织中,COTL-1的表达在中-低分化、深肌层浸润和盆腔淋巴结转移阳性者高于高分化、浅肌层浸润、盆腔淋巴结转移阴性者(x2=6.35~ 11.13,P﹤0.05), 而与FIGO分期无关(x2=0.84,P﹥0.05),COTL-1表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.79,P﹤0.05)。结论:COTL-1有可能促进了肿瘤新生血管的形成,为宫颈癌的生长、浸润和转移提供了条件,有望可作为对宫颈癌患者病程的进展和预后进行预测的指标之一。 |

[Abstract] Objective:To explore the effect and significance of COTL-1 and the microvascular density (MVD) in the occurrence and development of the cervical cancer by detecting the expression of COTL-1 and MVD in the cervical cancer.
Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of COTL-1 and MVD respectively in 25 cases of normal cervical tissue,13 cases of CINI,22cases of CINⅡ-Ⅲ,and 37 cases of cervical cancer.
Results:In normal cervical tissue, CINI、CINⅡ-Ⅲ and cervical cancer,the dyeing intensity of COTL-1 was gradually increased by lesions level increased.There was significant difference in the comparision of every two groups (x2=12.43,P﹤0.01).The expression of COTL-1 was significantly higher at the moderate-low differentiated, shallow muscular infiltration and positive pelvic lymph node metastasis of cerical cancer tissues that in patients at well-differentiated, deep muscular infiltration and without pelvic lymph node metastasis tissue(x2=6.35~ 11.13,P﹤0.05). But there was nothing with the FIGO clinical stages(x2=0.84,P﹥0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression strength of COTL-1 and MVD value in cervical cancer((r=0.79,P﹤0.05).
Conclusion:1. The results suggested that COTL-1 enhances tumor growth , infiltration and metastasis via an increase of tumor neovascularit y.The expression of COTL-1 may be one of the prediction indexes for disease progression and prognosis in cervical cancer. |
