| ［摘要］ 目的：探究Beyond冷光美白术与祛氟剂联合应用治疗中、重度氟斑牙的临床效果。方法：将2012 年1 月至2013 年9月于济宁医学院附属医院口腔内科就诊的中、重度氟斑牙患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。治疗组采用Beyond 冷光美白术联合祛氟剂治疗，对照组采用Beyond 冷光美白术治疗，治疗结束后采用VITA比色板比色，计算各组色阶提高值和有效率，记录术后1天及术后14天牙本质过敏发生情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：Beyond 冷光美白术联合祛氟剂治疗组中、重度氟斑牙患者的色阶提高值和有效率显著高于对照组（P < 0.05）；而两组患者术后1天牙本质过敏发生情况无显著性差异（P＞0.05），且术后14天所有患牙过敏情况均消失。结论：Beyond冷光美白术联合祛氟剂治疗中、重度氟牙症临床效果更显著，且不会造成牙齿不可逆性敏感。 |

| Abstract Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride –removing material on bleaching medium or severe dental fluorosis. Methods: The study involved patients who visited the department of stomatology of Jining Medical College Hospital between January 2012 and September 2013, ninety patients with medium or severe dental flurosis were selected, then randomly and evenly divided into two groups .Fourty-five patients from the treatment group were treated with Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride–removing material . Fourty-five patients from the control group were treated with Beyond cold light whitening only. The changes of tooth color were evaluated by VITA shade guide matching after treatment . Calculate the color increase levels and efficient of each group, record dentin allergy occurrence after 1 day and 14 days of postoperative, and statistical analysis. Results : The color increase levels and efficient in beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride–removing group are higher than beyond cold light whitening group（P < 0.05）, The dentin allergy occurrence of two groups have no significant difference（P＞0.05）, and there has no dentin allergy occurrence after 14 days of postoperative. Conclusion : Beyond cold light whitening combined with fluoride-removing material is proved to be a good method of bleaching medium or severe dental fluorosis and causing no irreversible dentin allergy . |
