| 目的 探讨光电协同技术联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗面部敏感性皮肤的有效性及安全性。 方法 2019年6月-2020年6月于济宁医学院附属医院皮肤科就诊的面部敏感性皮肤病患者84例，采用简单随机化方法分为治疗组和对照组，各42例。对照组外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶，每日2次；治疗组在对照组的基础上应用光电协同技术治疗，每周1次，共4次。分别于治疗前与治疗2周、4周时按4级评分法进行临床症状和体征评分，评估临床疗效和不良反应；治疗完成后1个月、3个月对所有患者进行随访，统计复发率。 结果 治疗组41例、对照组40例完成试验。治疗组治疗2周、4周时临床症状及体征评分分别为(3.51±0.84)分、(1.54±0.75)分，明显低于治疗前(6.66±0.94)分，组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组有效率比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后3个月随访，治疗组复发率(7.32%)比对照组(25.00%)低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。所有患者在治疗期间及治疗后均未出现严重不良反应。 结论 光电协同技术联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗面部敏感性皮肤安全、有效，可降低复发率。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of electro-optical synergy coupled with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF)in the treatment of sensitive facial skin. Methods By simple randomization, 84 patients with sensitive facial skin were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups.The control group was given rb-bFGF gel twice a day for 4 consecutive weeks, and the treatment group was treated with rb-bFGF gel twice a day combined with electro-optical synergy once a week for 4 times.Clinical symptoms and signs were scored respectively before the treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Recurrence rates were scored 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results 41 patients in the treatment group and 40 in the control group completed the trial.The clinical symptom and sign scores in the treatment group were significantly lower 2 weeks and 4 weeks after starting treatment(3.51±0.84、1.54±0.75, respectively)than those before treatment(6.66±0.94, both P < 0.05).However, there was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between two groups(P > 0.05).After 3 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the treatment group(7.32%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%), with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).No serious adverse reaction was observed in either group. Conclusion Electro-optical synergy coupled with rb-bFGF is effective and safe for the treatment of sensitive facial skin, and reduce the recurrence rate. |
