      目的 观察PC-1基因K121Q多态性与2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称2型糖尿病合并冠心病)的关系。方法 选自2018年1月-2020年1月于我院医院收治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者120例作为观察组,健康体检者103例作为对照组。观察两组间生化学指标、基因型及等位型基因频率,并对比观察组PC-1不同基因型的血脂及血糖水平。结果 对照组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、HbAlc、空腹血糖、cTnⅠ、apoCⅢ、BMI均低于观察组,而HDL-L则高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组KQ+QQ基因及Q等位基因低于观察组,KK、K等位基因高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组PC-1基因K121Q位点KK与KQ+QQ基因型间比较,KK基因型BMI低于KQ+QQ基因型,差异显著(P<0.05);而两基因型患者空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、HDL-L水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PC-1基因K121Q多态性可能通过影响血脂、血糖代谢,进而导致2型糖尿病合并冠心病的发生。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the relationship of PC-1 gene K121Q in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020(combined group), and 103 healthy cases(healthy group).Observe the biochemical indicators, coronary heart disease lesions, genotypes and allelic gene frequencies of each group, and compare the blood lipids and blood glucose of different genotypes of PC-1 in the combined group.Results The three acyl glycerin, total cholesterol, LDL-C, the fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, cTnⅠ, apoCⅢ and BMI in the health group were lower than those of the combined group, whereas the HDL-L was higher than the combined group.KQ+QQ and Q allele in healthy group were significantly lower than those in combined group, and KK gene and K allele were significantly higher than those in combined group (P<0.05).The BMI of KK genotype was lower than that of KQ+QQ genotype in PC-1 gene K121Q locus (P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C and HDL-L, the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The PC-1 gene K121Q polymorphism may lead to the occurrence of coronary heart disease by affecting the metabolism of blood lipid and blood glucose.
