| 探讨一例13岁艾滋病合并重症肺炎女性患儿在我院PICU诊治期间的护理体会。护理人员给予消毒隔离、基础护理、呼吸系统管理、HAART药物护理、心理护理及其他方面护理，为患儿提供了专业的护理服务。最终患儿康复出院，医护人员未发生职业暴露。 |

| This paper discusses the nursing care of a 13-year-old female child with AIDS and severe pneumonia during diagnosis and treatment in PICU of our hospital.Nursing staff provided professional nursing services to the child based on disinfection and isolation,basic nursing,respiratory system management,disease observation,HAART drug nursing,psychological nursing,discharge guidance,etc.In the end,the child was discharged from hospital after recovery and no occupational exposure occurred in medical staff. |
