| 目的 探讨芜湖市医学科研人员伦理意识的知信行现状及其影响因素，为开展有效的伦理知识宣传和行为干预提供理论依据。方法 在芜湖市某医学高校及其附属医院医学科研人员中进行随机抽样，通过问卷调查并对结果进行分析。结果 芜湖市医学科研人员知识、态度、行为的得分率分别为89.38%、70.89%和76.00%。与高校的科研人员相比，医院工作的科研人员的伦理态度更佳，差异具有统计学意义（t=2.206，P<0.05）；与工作年限短的医学科研人员相比，工作年限长的科研人员的伦理行为更规范，差异具有统计学意义（t=1.864，P<0.05）。结论 芜湖地区医学科研人员伦理意思的知信行水平总体较好，但仍存在部分知识盲区，亟须进行全面性和规范化的培训学习，以提高其对待伦理问题的识别率，从而减少违规行为的发生。 |

| Objective To explore the knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) of ethical consciousness among medical researchers in Wuhu City and its influencing factors,providing theoretical basis for ethical knowledge publicity and behavioral intervention.Methods Random sample of medical researchers from a medical university and its affiliated hospital in Wuhu was carried out,and the results of questionnaire survey were analyzed.Results The score rate of knowledge,attitude and behavior of medical researchers in Wuhu City were 89.38%,70.89% and 76.00%,respectively.Compared with researchers in universities,researchers working in hospitals had better ethical attitudes,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.206,P<0.05).Compared with medical researchers with shorter working years,researchers with longer working years had more standardized ethical behaviors,and the difference was statistically significant(t=1.846,P<0.05).Ethical training is an influencing factor of medical researchers' ethical consciousness.Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice of ethical consciousness among medical researchers in Wuhu City is generally good,but there are still some blind spots of knowledge.Comprehensive and standardized training need to be carried out to improve the recognition of ethical problems,and thus reduce the occurrence of violations. |
