| 目的 了解经皮冠状动脉支架植入术（coronary artery stent implantation，CASI）后患者运动恐惧现状，并分析其相关因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、心脏病患者运动恐惧量表和国际体力活动量表静坐部分对154例CASI术后患者进行调查。结果 CASI术后患者运动恐惧总均分为（40.27±4.68）分。单因素分析显示，性别、饮酒情况、心功能分级（NYHA分级）、首次支架植入术后住院次数、血清总胆固醇情况、近一周存在久坐行为与CASI术后患者的运动恐惧相关；多元线性回归分析显示，饮酒状态、血清胆固醇情况和近一周存在久坐行为是CASI术后患者运动恐惧的主要相关因素。结论 CASI术后患者运动恐惧水平与其饮酒状态、血清胆固醇和久坐行为密切相关，建议医务人员从影响因素入手，帮助患者应对运动恐惧，促进其积极参与术后的康复锻炼。 |

| Objective To understand the current status of exercise fear in patients after coronary artery stent implantation (CASI),and analyze its related factors.Methods A general information questionnaire,The Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart and the sit-down part of the International Physical Activity Scale were used to on 154 patients after CASI.Results The total score of the patients' fear of exercise after CASI was(40.27±4.68).Univariate analysis showed that gender,smoking,drinking,cardiac function classification (NYHA classification),number of hospitalizations after the first stent implantation,serum total cholesterol,and sedentary behavior in the past week were related to the fear of exercise in patients after CASI;multiple linear regression analysis showed that drinking,serum cholesterol and sedentary behavior in the past week were the main factors related to the exercise fear in patients after CASI.Conclusion The fear of exercise in patients after CASI was closely related to their drinking,serum cholesterol and sedentary behavior.It was recommended that medical staff should start with influencing factors to help patients cope with exercise fear and promote their active participation in postoperative rehabilitation exercises. |
