| 干燥综合征（SS）是一种主要累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫病，又名自身免疫性外分泌腺体上皮细胞炎或自身免疫性外分泌病。临床除有唾液腺和泪腺受损功能下降而出现口干、眼干外，尚有其他外分泌腺及腺体外其他器官的受累而出现多系统损害的症状。干燥综合征女性多发，且危害性大，本文主要从干燥综合征概述、干燥综合征与不良妊娠结局的相关性以及临床诊疗的研究进展等方面做一综述。 |

| Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that mainly involves exocrine glands,also known as autoimmune exocrine glandular epithelitis or autoimmune exocrine disease.In addition to the decreased function of salivary and lacrimal glands resulting in dry mouth and dry eyes,there are also symptoms of multi-system damage caused by involvement of other exocrine glands and other organs outside the glands.Sjogren's syndrome is more common and harmful in women.This article mainly reviews the overview of Sjogren's syndrome,the correlation between Sjogren's syndrome and adverse pregnancy outcome,and the research progress of its clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
