| 目的 探究自拍相关行为和外貌评价对医学院女生客体化意识的影响，探讨医学院女生对自身的外貌评价在两者间的中介作用。方法 在山东省某医学院内随机选取399名女大学生作为研究对象，分别施测自拍相关行为量表、客体化意识量表及外貌评价量表，采用SPSS21.0及Process插件系统对数据进行分析。结果 不同来源地的医学院女大学生在一般外貌积极评价和体重外貌积极评价两因子上存在显著性差异（t=3.612，P<0.05；t=2.326，P<0.05）；自拍强度相关行为、外貌评价各维度及客体化意识维度间显著正相关；体重和外貌的消极评价在浏览好友自拍和身体羞耻感间存在中介作用，体重外貌积极评价在发布自拍强度和身体羞耻感间存在中介作用，中介效应值分别为0.146，-0.038，占总效应的36.96%，9.21%。结论 在医学院女大学生群体中，自拍强度相关行为对客体化意识有一定影响，且外貌评价在自拍相关行为及客体化意识间起中介作用。 |

| Objective To explore the influence of selfie-posting and appearance evaluation on objectification consciousness of female students in medical college,and to investigate the intermediary role of the commentary that made by female students in medical college on physical appearance between selfie-posting and objectification consciousness. Methods 399 female students were randomly selected as the research subjects in medical college in Shandong Province.The selfie-posting scale,the objectified consciousness scale and verbal commentary on physical appearance scale were measured respectively.The data were analyzed with SPSS21.0 and PROCESS. Results Female students from different origin places have significant differences in positive evaluation of general appearance and positive evaluation of body weight and appearance(t=3.612,P<0.05;t=2.326,P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between selfie-posting,commentary on physical appearance and self-objectification consciousness.Negative evaluation of body weight and appearance played an intermediary role between browsing friends’ selfie and physical shame.Positive evaluation of body weight and appearance played an intermediary role between the intensity of posting selfie and physical shame;the mediating values were 0.146,-0.038 respectively,accounting for 36.96% and 9.21% of the total effect. Conclusion Among the female students in medical college,intensity selfie-posting affects the objectification consciousness,and the appearance evaluation plays an intermediary role between selfie-posting and objectification consciousness. |
