| 目的 探讨儿泻康贴膜结合蒙脱石散治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年12月-2019年12月于我院收治的非感染性腹泻患儿92例，依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。对照组给与蒙脱石散治疗，观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上使用儿泻康贴膜联合医治，观察两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状（腹泻、腹痛、体温）复原正常的时间及不良反应发生的状况。结果 观察组患儿医治的有效率为93.48%，高于对照组医治的80.43%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.392，P<0.05）；观察组患儿临床症状复原正常的时间短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（t腹泻=6.252，P<0.05；t腹痛=6.797，P<0.05；t体温=8.470，P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.70%，对照组的为13.04%，两组对比差异不具有统计学意义（χ2=0.449，P>0.05）。结论 采用蒙脱石散联合儿泻康贴膜联合治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的疗效显著，可缩短临床症状复原正常的时间，且能有效抑制机体炎性因子水平，用药的安全性高，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of erxiekang plaster combined with smectite powder in treating non-infectious diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 92 children with non-infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with smectite powder,while the experimental group was treated with erxikang plaster combined with smectite powder.Compared with the two groups' clinical efficacy,Recovery time of clinical symptoms (diarrhea,abdominal pain,body temperature),and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.48%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.43%), and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.392,P<0.05);The recovery of children with clinical symptoms in experimental group was faster than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t腹泻=6.252、P<0.05;t腹痛=6.797、P<0.05;t体温=8.470,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.70% in the experimental group and 13.04% in the control group;the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ2=0.449,P>0.05).Conclusion Smectite powder combined with erxiekang plaster has a significant effect in treating non-infectious diarrhea in children,shortening the recovery time for the clinical symptoms to return to normal,and it can effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors in the body,worthy of clinical promotion. |
