| 目的 探究家庭复原力与三级高血压患者的主观幸福感和生活质量的相关性。方法 选取2015年3月-2017年3月在我院接受治疗的三级高血压患者82例，采用家庭复原力评定量表、生活质量综合评定问卷以及纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表评价患者家庭复原力、生活质量和主观幸福感。结果 患者家庭复原力评分为（183.86±23.68）分，幸福感总分为（12.97±3.82）分，生活质量总分为（182.80±19.26）分；患者家庭复原力总分以及家庭信念和家庭力量均与幸福度正性因素和总分呈正相关（P<0.05），与幸福度负性因素呈负相关（P<0.05）。患者家庭复原力总分以及家庭信念和家庭力量与患者心理功能、躯体功能和社会生活得分均呈正相关（P<0.05），与患者物质生活得分无明显相关性（P>0.05）。结论 家庭复原力是影响三级高血压患者幸福感和生活质量的重要因素，临床工作应该加强重视。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation between family resilience and subjective well-being and quality of life in patients with grade Ⅲ hypertension. Methods The family resilience,quality of life and subjective well-being of 82 patients with grade Ⅲ hypertension were evaluated by using the family resilience rating scale,quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire and the memorial university of Newfoundland happiness scale. Results The score of family resilience was (183.86±23.68),the total score of happiness was (12.97±3.82),and the total score of quality of life was (182.80±19.26).The total score of family resilience,family belief and family strength were positively correlated with the positive factors and the total score of happiness (P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the negative factors of happiness (P<0.05).The total score of the patient's family resilience,family belief and family strength were positively correlated with the patient's scores of psychological function,physical function and social life (P<0.05),which had no significant correlation with the patient's score of material life(P>0.05). Conclusion Family resilience is an important factor affecting the well-being and quality of life of patients with grade Ⅲ hypertension,which should be paid more attention to in clinical work. |
