| 目的 调查大学生心理应激与焦虑情绪现状，探讨心理应激与焦虑情绪间的关系以及功能失调性态度对两者的中介效应。方法 采用随机整群抽样，使用功能失调性态度量表、青少年生活事件量表、贝克焦虑量表对13060名在校大学生进行问卷调查。使用逐步检验法检验中介作用。结果 男生功能失调性态度得分（127.31±26.362）分高于女生（120.42±23.957）分（t=14.907，P<0.05）；心理应激与焦虑情绪（r=0.305，P<0.05）、功能失调性态度与心理应激（r=0.299，P<0.05）、功能失调性态度与焦虑情绪（r=0.161，P<0.05）两两之间呈显著正相关；功能失调性态度在心理应激与焦虑情绪之间的中介效应占总效应的13.77%。结论 大学生功能失调性态度在心理应激与焦虑情绪之间起部分中介作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the status of psychological stress and anxiety of college students and to explore the effect of dysfunctional attitude on the relation of stress and anxiety.Methods 13060 college students were surveyed with Dysfunctional Attitude Scale (DAS),Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI).Causal steps approach was used to test mediation.Results The scores of male students (127.31±26.362) in dysfunctional attitude was higher than that of female students(120.42±23.957)(t=14.097,P<0.05).The correlation between stress and anxiety(r=0.305,P<0.05),the correlation between dysfunctional attitude and stress(r=0.299,P<0.05),and the correlation between dysfunctional attitude and anxiety(r=0.161,P<0.05) were significantly positive,respectively.The dysfunctional attitude had significant mediating effect on the relation between stress and anxiety with a proportion of 13.77%.Conclusion The dysfunctional attitude in college students played a partial significant mediating role in the correlation of stress and anxiety. |
