| 目的 了解居民对家庭医生签约服务的认知、满意度，并分析其影响因素，为家庭医生签约服务提质增效、制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样的方法，抽取济宁市城乡居民389人进行问卷调查，采用EPIDATA 3.1软件进行数据录入，SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果 被调查人群中，家庭医生签约率32.1%，签约居民对服务表示非常满意的达60.5%，家庭医生签约分布中年龄、户籍、工作状态、文化程度、是否重点人群差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。城乡居民对家庭医生签约服务认知差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；签约居民和未签约居民对于家庭医生的认知差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。未签约居民的签约意愿多因素logistic回归分析显示，文化程度、对政策不了解和不信任家庭医生医疗水平对签约意愿有显著影响性。结论 居民对家庭医生签约服务政策不了解、不信任家庭医生医疗水平是影响居民签约的主要不利因素。 |

| Objective To understand residents' awareness and satisfaction degree of family physician model in Jining,analyze influencing factors of the model,and provide scientific basis for the smooth implementation of family physician model and decision-making by relevant government departments.Methods By using multi-stage sampling,389 urban and rural residents in Jining were selected for questionnaire survey.EPIDATA3.1 software was used for data entry,and SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results According to the survey,signing rate for using family physician model was 32.1%.60.5% signed residents were satisfied with the service.Various signing rates among residents with different ages,household registration,working status,educational background and key groups reached statistical significance.Different awareness from signed and unsigned residents also reached statistical significance.Multivariable logistic regression analysis of influencing factors to use the model for unsigned residents revealed that educational level,unfamiliarity with relevant policy and distrust of family physicians had a significant impact on residents' will to using the model.Conclusion Resident's unfamiliarity with relevant policy and distrust of family physicians are main adverse factors of signing family physician model. |
