| 目的 观察左卡尼汀联合血液透析对尿毒症合并低T3综合征患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年5月-2019年7月在我院收治的尿毒症合并低T3综合征患者86例作为研究对象。随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例。两组均行每周3次常规血液透析治疗,同时给予促红素纠正贫血等基础治疗;试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予左卡尼汀治疗,每周3次。治疗6个月后,观测治疗后两组患者的甲状腺指标、血红蛋白(HB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、心脏射血(EF)分数的变化。结果 与对照组相比,试验组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、ALB明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而游离甲状腺素(FT4)、HB、左心室射血分数(LVEF),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 左卡尼汀可提高尿毒症患者的T3水平,改善营养状态,其作用不完全依赖于改善心功能。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia patients with low T3 syndrome.Methods 86 cases of uremic patients with low T3 syndrome in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2019 were randomly assigned to observation group and control group(43 cases in each group).Both group of patients were received regular hemodialysis three time a week,and basic treatments such as erythropoietin were also given.Patients in the observation group were given levocanitine 1.0g dripped three times a week on the basis of routine hemodialysis.Thyroid index,hemoglobin,serum albumin and ejection fraction were observed in the two groups at baseline and treatment for six months.Results Compared with the control group,three free iodine thyroid original glycine(FT3) and serum albumin(Alb) in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05);But there was no statistically significant difference on free thyroxine(FT4),hemoglobin(HB),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine can improve the T3 level and nutritional status of uremia patients,but the effect is not completely dependent on the improvement of cardiac function. |
