| 目的 了解中医体质类型与高血压病的相关性，探讨高血压病不同中医体质的风险性，为中医药防治高血压病提供循证医学证据。方法 分别检索CNKI、万方、CBM、PubMed、Embase和TheCochrane Library数据库建库到2019年1月的相关文献，对纳入明确提及高血压与中医体质类型的病例对照研究使用Revman 5.3进行数据分析。结果 最终纳入13项研究，涉及全国8个省市，样本量总计6684例。Meta结果显示，痰湿质、平和质、阴虚质和气虚质与高血压发病风险OR值分别为[OR=1.83，95% CI：1.31~2.55），P<0.05]、[OR=0.54，95% CI：0.36~0.81，P<0.05]、[OR=1.73，95% CI：1.46~2.05），P<0.05]、[OR=1.32，95% CI：1.00~1.74，P=0.05]。结论 痰湿质、气虚质和阴虚质是导致高血压发病的危险因素，平和质为保护因素。 |

| Objective To understand the correlation between TCM constitution types and hypertension,so as to explore the risk of different TCM constitutions in hypertension and provide evidence-based medical evidence for prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods Relevant documents from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and the Cochrane Library were searched from database construction to January 2019.Revman5.3 was used for case-control studies that included explicit references to hypertension and TCM constitution types.Perform data analysis.Results Finally,13 studies were included,involving 8 provinces and cities nationwide,with a total sample size of 6684 cases.Meta results showed that the OR values of phlegm dampness,calmness,yin deficiency and qi deficiency and the risk of hypertension were[OR=1.83,95% CI:1.31~2.55,P<0.05],[OR=0.54,95% CI:0.36~0.81,P<0.05],[OR=1.73,95% CI:1.46~2.05,P<0.05],[OR=1.32,95% CI:1.00~1.74,P=0.05].Conclusion The constitution of phlegm-wet,qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency are risk factors for the onset of hypertension,and the constitution of peace is the protective factor. |
