| 目的 了解我国体医结合研究领域的研究现状、特性，探索研究热点，为体医结合的下一步研究提供借鉴。方法 采用文献计量学方法对1998年至2018年我国体医结合的文献进行年度发文量、论文作者、单位和基金状况统计，并运用Bicomb 2.0和SPSS 17.0对高频关键词进行聚类分析。结果 我国体医结合研究年度发文量呈上升发展态势，论文作者及单位以高校居多，基金资助较少|研究热点集中在体医结合、人才培养和健康促进等方面。结论 我国体医结合研究处于初级阶段，应加大基金资助与扶持，重视与医疗部门的合作和体医结合的实证研究，促进相关研究成果的产出，提高全民健康素养。 |

| Objective Methods The methods of bibiometrics are adopted for a statistical analysis in the field of combination of sports and medical care from 1998 to 2018,including annual dispatch,author,the institution the author belongs to and fund status.The analysis of high frequency keywords is formed by applying bicomb2.0 and cluster analysis is conducted with SPSS17.0.Results The annual number of research papers of the combination of sports and medical care is rising in China.Most of the authors are from universities.The research in this field has got insufficient fund support.Research mainly focuses on combination of sports and medical care,talent cultivation and health promotion,etc.Conclusion The research of the combination of sports and medical care in China is in the initial stage,and the support of fund and the cooperative research between the sports and medical departments should be strengthened and the empirical research of scientific experiments should be more emphasized in order to promote the output of relevant research and improve the health quality of the whole population. |
