| 胶质瘤是恶性原发性脑肿瘤的最常见形式，呈弥漫性、浸润性增长，其发病机制尚不明确，肿瘤增殖/凋亡理论认为肿瘤的发生是由于细胞增殖与细胞凋亡失衡所致，细胞内的抗凋亡基因过表达导致细胞凋亡减少，细胞发生恶性增殖，进而诱导肿瘤的发生。过去的几年里关于脑胶质瘤的研究，尤其关于低级别胶质瘤（WHO Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级），其分类和治疗的研究取得了实质性的进展，FDA也批准了新诊断胶质母细胞瘤的新疗法。本文将综述脑胶质瘤的发生机制、诊断及治疗方式等方面的最新进展。 |

| Glioma is the most common form of malignant primary brain tumor showing diffuse,invasive growth.The pathogenesis of glioma is unclear.Tumor proliferation/apoptosis theory suggests that the tumor is caused by the imbalance of cell proliferation and apoptosis,and the intracellular antiapoptotic gene overexpression leading to decreased apoptosis,malignant proliferation of cells,and then inducing tumorigenesis.In the past few years,substantial progress has been made in the classification and treatment of glioma,especially low-grade glioma (WHO class Ⅱ and Ⅲ).The FDA has also approved new diagnoses and new treatments of glioblastoma.This article will review the latest developments in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of glioma. |
