| 目的 探讨高浓度5-氨基酮戊酸光动力对面部表浅型基底细胞癌的疗效。方法 选取2010年10月-2015年10月期间皮肤科门诊收治面部表浅型基底细胞癌患者50例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各25例。治疗组使用40%浓度的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗，对照组使用说明书推荐的20%浓度的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗。每周1次，共3次为一疗程。每3个月复查1次，随诊12个月以观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率达100%，对照组总有效率为73%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。两组均无严重不良反应发生。治疗后随诊12个月两组均无复发。结论 40%浓度的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗表浅型基底细胞癌安全有效。 |

| Objective We sought to determine the efficacy of ALA photodynamic therapy for superficial basal cell carcinoma(sBCC) using different concentrations of topical 5-ALA.Methods A total of 50 sBCC were analyzed.The patients with sBCC were randomly allocated into treatment group (group A) and control group (group B).The patients in the group A were treated with 40% concentrations of ALA,and the patients in the group B were treated with 20% concentrations of ALA.All patients were treated once a week for three times.All patients were followed up approximately 12 months after treatment to evaluate the clinical results.Results The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than in group B.No severe adverse effects were observed in both groups.Conclusion The higher-concentration ALA therapy is effective and safe for sBCC. |
