| 目的 对博落回[Macleaya cordata（Willd.）R.Br.]中苯并菲啶类生物碱外消旋体进行分离鉴定。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、氧化铝、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱、薄层色谱、手性液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化，通过1D NMR、2D NMR、UV、IR、X-单晶衍射及计算ECD等方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从博落回乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物，分别鉴定为：（+）-博落回新碱A（1），（-）-博落回新碱A（2），（-）-博落回新碱C（3），（+）-博落回新碱C（4），（-）-6-丙酮基二氢血根碱（5），（+）-6-丙酮基二氢血根碱（6），（-）-6-丙酮基二氢白屈菜赤碱（7），（+）-6-丙酮基二氢白屈菜赤碱（8），（±）-6-甲氧基二氢血根碱（9），（±）-6-甲氧基二氢白屈菜赤碱（10），（±）-spallidamine（11）。结论 化合物1~4为新化合物。 |

| Objective To study the racemic benzophenanthridine alkaloids from Macleaya cordata.Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification,including opening silica gel,aluminium oxide,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,preparative TLC,semi-preparative HPLC,and chiral HPLC separation.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D,2D NMR,UV,IRspectroscopic analyses,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and electronic circular dichroism calculation.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Macleayacordata.Their structures were identified as(+)-macleayin A (1),(-)-macleayin A (2),(+)-macleayin B (3),(-)-macleayinB (4),(-)-6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (5),(+)-6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (6),(-)-6-acetonyldihydrochelerythrine (7),(+)-6-acetonyldihydrochelerythrine (8),(±)-6-methoxyldihydrosanguinarine (9),(±)-6-methoxyldihydrochelerythrine (10),and (±)-spallidamine (11).Conclusion Compounds 1~4 were new compounds. |
