| 目的 了解围手术期抗抑郁药干预对胃癌根治术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 选取2013年6月至2015年6月入住我院胃肠外科行胃癌根治术的患者100例，随机分为对照组50例和干预组50例，对照组单纯行常规围手术期处理，干预组在常规围手术期处理的基础上予以每日晨起饭后口服盐酸氟西汀30mg。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和生存质量调查问卷对两组患者进行评分，比较其手术后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁和生存质量情况。结果 胃癌根治术后，干预组患者SDS和SAS评分较对照组显著降低（P<0.01）；生存质量评分明显升高（P<0.01）。结论 胃癌根治术围手术期应用抗抑郁药物干预可有效控制患者焦虑抑郁等负面情绪，提高其生存质量。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effects of anti-anxiety-depression drugs on peri-operative mood and prognosis quality of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 100 patients were selected from June 2013 to June 2015 admitted to our hospital gastrointestinal surgery accepting radical gastrectomy. 100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and drug intervention group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by the conventional peri-operative treatment, while fluoxetine hydrochloride (30 mg; 3 tablets) were taken orally each day in drug intervention group. According to the self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale and quality life questionnaire, the SDS scores, SAS scores and quality life scores in the two groups were observed and comparedpre- and post-operation. Results After the radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, the change value of SAS scores and SDS scores pre- and post-operation in drug intervention group were significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.01). The change value of quality life scores pre- and post-operation in drug intervention group was significantly decreased compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The effective anti-depressive drug intervention can effectively control anxiety emotions and improve the patients' prognosis quality. |
