| 目的 探讨舒适化护理联合小剂量右美托咪啶预防ICU综合征的护理体会。方法 应用前瞻性研究方法，选择2016年1月至2016年9月入住我院重症医学科（ICU）的90例患者作为观察对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组45例和对照组45例。观察组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适化护理联合小剂量右美托咪啶静脉持续泵入，对照组给予常规护理，观察并比较两组患者ICU综合征主要临床症状（包括谵妄、思维紊乱、情感障碍、行为异常等）的发生情况及患者满意度。结果 观察组谵妄、思维紊乱、情感障碍、行为异常发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度为97.8%（44/45），明显高于对照组的75.6%（34/45），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒适化护理联合小剂量右美托咪啶能够有效地预防重症监护病房非昏迷患者发生ICU综合征，有利于提高患者的满意度。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing model combined with low dose dexmedetomidine in the prevention of ICU syndrome in severe patients. Methods 90 cases of patients in intensive care unit (ICU),52 cases of males and 38 cases of females,aged 51 to 79 years,were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45).Patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing combined with low dose dexmedetomidine in the way of intravenous continuous infusion.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The incidence of major clinical symptoms of ICU syndrome in patients (including delirium,thinking disorder,affective disorder,behavior disorder,etc.) and patient satisfaction were observed and compared. Results The incidence of delirium,thinking disorder,affective disorder and behavior abnormality in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.8% (44/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.6%,34/45),The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing model combined with low-dose dexmedetomidine can be effective in the prevention of ICU syndrome in severe non-coma patients,which help to improve patient satisfaction and life quality. |
