| 目的 探讨头颈部肿瘤患者股静脉导管相关性血栓形成的预防与护理措施。方法 选取2013年10月至2014年4月收治的头颈部肿瘤患者146例。所有患者均采取手术治疗，于术前1天股静脉置管，观察患者置管期间下肢有无肿胀、疼痛、皮温变化情况，予以常规对症治疗的同时为其提供相应的护理措施。结果 股静脉血栓3例，发生率为2.1%，股静脉血栓症状多出现于置管后的20d内；发生血栓的患者约在溶栓5d后症状明显缓解，并未发现肢体坏死与肺栓塞等并发症情况。结论 头颈部肿瘤患者股静脉置管后，加强预防性用药及预防性护理措施，能有效地降低股静脉血栓的形成。 |

| Objective To investigate the preventive nursing measures of femoral vein catheter related thrombosis in surgical patients with head and neck cancer.Methods 146 patients with head and neck cancer from October 2013 to April 2014 were selected.All patients were treated by operation,and in 1 days before surgery in the femoral vein,the changes of vital signs were observed during the pipe,and the corresponding nursing measures were provided for them.Results The statistical results showed that there were 3 cases of femoral vein thrombosis,and the incidence rate was 2.1%.The femoral vein thrombosis symptoms occurred within 20 days after intubation.In clinical manifestations of these patients the lower limb swelling,pain,puncture site temperature,the symptoms in 5D around the time of thrombolysis significantly alleviated.The limb necrosis was not found with pulmonary embolism.The clinical manifestations of the patients with lower limb swelling,pain,puncture site temperature rise,the time of thrombolysis in the treatment of 5 days was significantly relieved,who did not find the case of limb necrosis and pulmonary embolism.Conclusion After catheterization,giving surgical patients effective nursing measures and strengthen preventive medication has important significance. |
