| 目的 探讨心理护理对肺癌手术患者术前焦虑与术后恢复的影响。方法 选取肺癌手术的患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。其中对照组行基础心理护理，观察组在对照组基础上行个性化心理护理。分别比较两组患者睡眠状况、焦虑状况、术后临床指标和并发症情况。结果 观察组患者术前深睡眠评分、术前1h SAS评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组患者自主下床时间显著长于对照组，胸腔闭式引流时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（均P<0.01）；观察组与对照组患者术后并发症发生率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 实行个性心理护理干预能够明显降低肺癌手术患者术前焦虑和促进患者术后恢复。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery of patients with lung cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group including 50 cases.The control group was treated with basic psychological nursing,and the observe group was treated with personalized psychological nursing besides the basic psychological nursing.The sleep status,anxiety,clinical indexes and complications after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The score of deep sleep and anxiety before operation for one hour in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01).The independent movement time was significantly longer and the closed thoracic drainage time was significantly shorter in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01).There was no difference of postoperative complication between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The individual psychological nursing intervention could reduce the preoperative anxiety and promote sleeping of the patients with lung cancer before operation,which promotes their recovery after operation. |
