| 目的 分析气管切开患者行高压氧治疗护理要点，总结护理体会。方法 2012年2月-2015年10月我院气管切开并给予高压氧治疗患者101例，均经精心护理，包括治疗前准备、入舱后基础护理与治疗管理、出舱后护理。结果 高压氧人均治疗次数5～48次，共894例次，无1例死亡，未见火灾等严重事故。4例患者在治疗过程中出现危象，其余患者均顺利完成每次治疗。所有患者病情均不同程度好转。结论 气管切开患者行高压氧治疗时的陪舱护理需注意事项较多，需选择精明强干的护理人员，筛查适应证、禁忌证，特别做好吸痰管理、意识清醒者做好健康教育，及时获取主诉、做好应急准备、做好呼吸频率监测，及时鉴别发现躁动、咳嗽与呛咳、病情恶化等早期症状表现，严格控制舱内压上升、下降速度，护士需集中精力、快速进入工作状态，做好防火等安全管理。 |

| Objective To analyze the nursing points of tracheotomy patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen and summarize the nursing position.g treatment of preparation,after entering the cabin of basic nursing and treatment management and nursing after class. Results The patients were given with hyperbaric oxygen treatment for 5-48 times,and the total therapies were repeated with 894 times.No patients died,and no fire and other serious accidents occurred.The crisis in the treatment process appeared.All the patients were reversed to some extent. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with tracheotomy accompanying class nursing should be prepared carefully.It should be to choose capable of nursing staff,screening indications,contraindications,especially good suction management,conscious persons as well as health education,timely access to complaints,ready for any emergency,good respiratory rate monitoring,timely identified restlessness,cough and cough,deterioration,signs of instability,oxygen poisoning,bleeding,subcutaneous emphysema and other early symptoms,strict control of cabin pressure rise,rate of decline,concentration of nurses,working perfectly,fire safety. |
