| 目的 调查乳腺癌患者术后延续性护理需求状况,为制定个性化护理措施提供依据。方法 采用自行设计调查问卷对84名乳腺癌术后患者出院时进行调查。结果 乳腺癌患者术后对护理需求的程度由高到低依次排在前5位的是:伤口的护理(96.42%)、功能锻炼(96.42%)、复发及预后信息咨询(96.42%)、后续治疗(95.24%)、并发症的预防(94.05%)。在需求提供方式上89.3%的患者选择医院复诊,仅有10.7%的患者选择到社区医疗服务门诊复诊。结论 乳腺癌术后患者仍有较多护理需求,各级医疗机构应积极探索寻找提供延续性护理的途径。 |

| Objective To investigate the transitional care needs of breast cancer patients after surgery for individualized nursing measurement.Methods 84 breast cancer patients after surgery were inquired by using the self-designed questionnaire when they were discharged.Results The degree of care needs from high to low is as following: wound care(96.42%),functional exercise(96.42%),recurrence and prognosis(96.42%),follow-up treatment (95.24%),the prevention of the complications (94.05%).89.3% patients would come back hospital in order to meet the needs.Only 10.7% patients would go to community medical clinic.Conclusion The breast cancer patients after surgery have more nursing needs.Medical institutions should seek all kinds of effective forms to give transitional care. |
