| 目的 探索大蒜素对体外培养的前列腺癌DU145细胞增殖及细胞周期的影响。方法 采用不同浓度的大蒜素分别处理DU145细胞24、48、72h,MTT比色法检测细胞存活率;流式细胞仪检测大蒜素处理后细胞周期的变化。结果 与对照组相比,大蒜素处理显著降低DU145细胞存活率,并对细胞周期产生影响,阻止在G2/M期。结论 大蒜素可以抑制前列腺癌DU145细胞的增殖,抑制细胞周期。 |

| Objective To investigate the inhibitory and cell cycle effect of allicin on prostatic cancer line DU145.Methods Different concentrations allicin were used to treat the cell with 24h、48h、72h.The cell survival rate and the effect Of cell cycle was analysed by MTT method and Flow cytometry.Results The proliferation of DU145 cell was inhibited by allicin.The MTT results show the inhibition was associated with dose and time.The cell cycle was blocked in G2/M phase compared with the control group by flow cytometry results.Conclusion The allicin could inhibit the prostatic cancer line DU145 and affect cell cycle. |
