| 动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性的自身免疫性血管炎症疾病,不同的T细胞亚群在其发生发展中发挥着不同的作用。Th17细胞亚群及其效应分子IL-17主要发挥黏膜免疫防御和促进炎症作用,在多种慢性炎症疾病和自身免疫疾病中发挥重要作用。然而Th17/IL-17在动脉粥样硬化中的作用尚无定论,各家研究结果存在明显的冲突。本文全面综述前人的研究成果,分析导致差异的原因。以期能为深入研究Th17/IL-17在动脉粥样硬化中的作用提供有力参考。 |

| Atherosclerosis is a chronic autoimmune and inflmmatory arterial disease.Different subsets of T cells play distinct and opposing roles.Th17 cells and the prototype cytokine interleukin-17 have been characterized and shown to be critical in mucosal host defense and several autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.However,studies in atherosclerosis led to conflcting results on the roles of interleukin-17 and T helper-17 cells.The present review provides a summary of the available evidences and the reasons for the conflcting results to provide a valuable reference for the further research. |
