| 目的 探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像在厚壁型胆囊癌诊断中的价值 。方法 13例CT或B超发现胆囊壁增厚患者行18F-FDG PET/CT检查,鉴别病变良恶性。结果 13例患者中,5例表现为18F-FDG摄取阳性,其中4例为胆囊癌,1例为慢性胆囊炎。8例患者表现为18F-FDG摄取阴性。其中3例经手术证实为慢性胆囊炎,其余5例结合临床资料及随访半年后复查,确诊为慢性胆囊炎。18F-FDG PET/CT诊断厚壁型胆囊癌的敏感性、特异性分别为100%、88.9%。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT显像对厚壁型胆囊癌的诊断有较好的临床价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of thick-wall gallbladder carcinoma(TWGC). Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT was performed in 13 patients with gallbladder wall thickening detected by CT or US in order to determine benign or malignant tumours. Results Of the 13 patients, it showed positive uptake of FDG in the gallbladder wall in 5 patients. Of these 5 patients, gallbladder cancer was found in 4 patients. The remaining one, who had chronic cholecystitis, had false-positive findings. The other 8 patients had negative uptake of FDG in the gallbladder wall. Three of these 8 underwent surgical resection, which yielded a diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis. The other 5patients exhibited no sign of gallbladder malignancy and have been followed without active treatment. The sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FDG PET/CT in detecting TWGC was 100% and 88.9%.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT is able to distinguish between benign and malignant gallbladder wall thickening. |
