| 目的 寻找从丹参中提取弥罗松酚的方法,并进行总酚含量测定方法学的研究。方法 首先根据酚类的性质,尝试采用pH梯度提取方法。然后以芸香叶苷为对照品绘制标准曲线,并进行了方法学考察。结果 先用氯仿提取,后用5% Na2CO3萃取。所得黄色胶状物1.402g。标准曲线为Y=0.0334X+1.0413,R2=0.9984。取0.00832g样品溶于100ml蒸馏水中,测定其浓度为79.6μg/ml。结论 提取方法简便可行;总酚含量测定方法学考察表明在当标准品浓度为0.638~3.828μg/ml时线性关系良好。 |

| Objective To study the extraction method of ferruginol and determination methodology of total phenols in Salviae Miltiorrhiza Bge.Methods Based on the property of phenol,pH gradient extraction was applied,and then rutin was used as the reference to draw the standard curve,Finally the methodology was investigated.Results The method was: extracted by CHCl3 and abstracted by 5% Na2CO3.1.042g yellow colloidal material was obtained.The standard curve was Y=0.0334X+1.0413,R2=0.9984.The sample 0.00832g was taken and dissolved in 100ml distilled water.The concentration was 79.6μg/ml.Conclusion The method is feasible.The linearity is fine when the concentration of standard sample between 0.638 and 3.828μg/ml. |
