| 目的 分析CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,NHL)患者外周血中的水平,初步探讨Tregs与NHL预后的关系。方法 选取我院2013年4月至2013年12月初诊NHL患者38例为观察组,20例健康志愿者设为对照组,对观察组化疗前后及对照组外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs比例进行检测和对比。结果 初诊NHL患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),化疗后达到完全缓解及部分缓解的患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs比例较化疗前组均显著减低(P<0.05),完全缓解组与部分缓解组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 初诊的NHL患者外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs水平明显升高,经有效化疗后其水平显著降低,监测外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Tregs水平对于判断NHL预后具有的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To detect the level of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells(Tregs) in the peripheral blood of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,and make a preliminarily analysis of its role in the prognosis of NHL.Methods 38 NHL patients and 20 controls from April 2013 to December 2013 had been chosed in our research.The proportions of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ cells in peripheral blood were detected using flow cytometry before and after chemotherapy.Results Before chemotherapy,the proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs was significantly higher than that in controls group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy the proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs was reduced significantly in patients acquired complete or partial remission(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between patients acquired complete remission and the patients acquired partial remission(P>0.05).Conclusion CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs increase in NHL patients and decrease when partial or complete remission was acquired.The examnation on peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs has an prognostic value in NHL patients. |
