| 目的 探讨焦虑症状对抑郁症患者执行功能是否存在影响。方法 使用HAMD、HAMA及WCST对病例组和正常组进行评定。结果 1)伴与不伴焦虑症状的抑郁症组的应答数、错误数、持续错误数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2)伴焦虑症状的抑郁症组较不伴焦虑症状的抑郁症组除了在应答数、错误数、持续错误数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义外,分类数明显低于对照组,非持续错误数明显高于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)抑郁症患者的焦虑症状与WCST的应答数、分类数、错误数、非持续错误数相关性显著(P<0.05)。结论 焦虑症状能加重抑郁症患者执行功能损害。 |

| Objective To investigate whether anxiety symptoms has impact on executive function in patients with depression or not.Methods Case and control groups were evaluated with the methods of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST).Results 1)Numbers of trials administered,total errors and perseverative errors in WCST were significantly more in depression patients with or without anxiety symptoms than those in normal control(P<0.01).2)Depression patients with anxiety symptoms also had significant differences in numbers of categories.Non-perseverative errors compare to control group besides numbers of trials administered,total errors,perseverative errors(P< 0.05).Patients with anxiety symptoms were lower in numbers of categories,and higher in numbers of non-perseverative errors than control group.3)Significant correlations were found between anxiety symptoms and WCST in numbers of trials administered,categories,total errors,and non-perseverative errors(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety symptoms can aggravate the degree of executive dysfunction in patients with depression. |
