      目的 评价显微超声技术处理塑化根管的临床疗效,以期为塑化根管再治疗提供临床参考。方法 选取因塑化治疗失败或塑化治疗未失败但因修复需要而进行根管治疗的患者80例,年龄36~70岁,共176个塑化根管。在口腔手术显微镜下使用超声器械进行根管再疏通治疗,去除髓腔内及根管内酚醛树脂聚合物,并比较各牙位塑化根管的疏通率。结果 138个塑化根管成功再疏通,疏通率为78.4%,前磨牙及磨牙组疏通率分别为80%(40/50)、76.7%(92/120),差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.25,P>0.05);上、下颌塑化根管疏通率分别为78%(64/82)、78.7%(74/94),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.012,P>0.05)。结论 口腔手术显微镜和超声器械的使用有助于提高患者塑化阻塞根管的疏通率,并有效提高根管再治疗的成功率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of micro-ultrasound technology on dealing with the resinified root canals.Methods 176 resinified root canals were selected from 80 patients with pulpitis or apical periodontitis,and the glide path of which can't be obtained by conventional root canal preparation.Using ultrasonic instruments together with dental operating microscope,the resinified tissue in the canal was removed,thus the canal patency was obtained.Moreover,the patency rate of each segment was compared.Results 138 resinified root canals were managed successfully with a success rate of 78.4%.And the success rate had no significant difference between the premolars and molars (χ2=2.25,P>0.05),while there was no significant difference between the upper and lower maxillary and mandibular resinified root canals (χ2=0.012,P>0.05).Conclusion Using dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments can provide effective methods in retreating resinified root canal.
