| 目的 探讨医护人员自我概念、自我隐瞒与其心理健康状况的关系,比较精神病院与综合医院医护人员在自我概念、自我隐瞒及心理健康状况方面存在的差异。方法 采用"一般情况调查表"、"症状自评量表(SCL-90)"、"Wallace自我概念量表(WSCS)"、"自我隐瞒量表(SCS)"四个量表,对综合医院和精神病院共计180名医护人员的心理健康状况、自我概念和自我隐瞒状况进行了测量、分析。结果 1)医护人员心理健康状况与自我隐瞒状况呈正相关,与自我概念呈负相关。2)精神病院医护人员SCL-90的总分(P<0.001)和因子分(P<0.05)均小于综合医院医护人员的得分,而自我概念和自我隐瞒得分统计学无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 医护人员心理健康状况与其自我概念、自我隐瞒状况有关;精神病院医护人员心理健康状况好于综合医院,而自我概念与自我隐瞒无差异。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship between self-concept, self-concealing and mental health of medical staff, and compare the self-concept, self-concealing and mental health of medical staff in mental hospital and general hospital.Methods A total of 180 medical staffs from mental hospital and general hospital were tested by general questionnaire, Symptom Rating Scale(SCL-90), Wallace Self-Concept Scale(WSCS) and self-concealing Scale(SCS).Results 1) There was positively correlated between mental health and self-concealing status in medical staff.There was negatively correlated between mental health and self-concept in medical staff.2) The total score and factor scores of SCL-90 of medical staff in mental hospital were less than in general hospital(<0..001, <0.05).There was no significant difference in self-concept and self-concealing score between mental hospital and general hospital(P> 0.05).Conclusion Mental health, self-concept and self-concealing situation are significantly correlated in medical staff.Mental health of medical staff in mental hospital is better than in general hospital.Self-concept and self-concealing are no difference between mental hospital and general hospital. |
