      目的 探究高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)对大鼠脑动脉粥样硬化炎症和氧化应激水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和HBO组,每组10只。模型组和HBO组采取高脂饮食联合L-NAME喂养构建脑动粥样大鼠模型,HBO组脑动脉粥样模型构建成功后采取高氧舱处理,对照组给予常规饲养。HBO组采取高压氧舱处理后,收集各组大鼠脑组织和血清,检测血脂、脑组织中炎症及氧化应激水平。结果 与对照组相比,模型组大鼠脑组织细胞排列相对混乱,部分细胞核出现破裂,并伴随较多炎性细胞浸润;HBO组大鼠脑组织炎性细胞浸润数量较模型组明显变少。HBO组大鼠血清TG、TC、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6及MDA水平分别为(1.14±0.5)mmol/L、(3.95±1.1) mmol/L、(1.87±0.6) μg/L、(206.73±30.6) pg/mL、(104.51±12.2) pg/mL和(25.75±6.2) mmol/L,较模型组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HBO组HDL-C、IL-10、SOD及GSH-Px的含量分别为(0.65±0.2)mmol/L、(47.98±14.9) pg/mL、(379.50±82.5)U/mL和(790.69±93.0)U/mL,较模型组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBO能够降低脑动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂水平,提高抗氧化应激能力,从而减轻炎症反应。

      Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on cerebral atherosclerosis (AS)inflammation and oxidative stress in rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and HBO group,with 10 rats in each group.The model group and the HBO group were fed a high-fat diet combined with L-NAMEto establish a cerebral atherosclerotic rat model;the HBO group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber after the successful establishment of the cerebral atherosclerotic model,and the control group was given routine feeding.After the HBO group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber,the brain tissue and serum of the rats in each group were collected,and the levels of blood lipids,inflammation and oxidative stress in the brain tissue were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the arrangement of cells in the brain tissue of the rats in the model group was relatively disordered,and some cell nuclei were ruptured,accompanied by more inflammatory cell infiltration;the number of inflammatory cell infiltration in the brain tissue of the rats in the HBO group was significantly lower than that in the model group.The serum levels of TG,TC,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and MDA in the HBO group were (1.14±0.5) mmol/L,(3.95±1.1) mmol/L,(1.87±0.6) μg/L,respectively.L,(206.73±30.6) pg/mL,(104.51±12.2) pg/mL and (25.75±6.2) mmol/L,which were lower than those in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The contents of HDL-C,IL-10,SOD and GSH-Px in the HBO group were (0.65±0.2) mmol/L,(47.98±14.9) pg/mL,(379.50±82.5) U/mL and (790.69±93.0) U/mL,respectively.Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion HBO can reduce the blood lipid level in rats with cerebral atherosclerosis,improve the ability to resist oxidative stress,and reduce the inflammatory response.
