      目的 调查护理本科在校生人文关怀能力水平,分析相关影响因素,为护生临床人文执业能力培养提供参考依据。方法 采取随机整群抽样的方法,在我校护理学专业本科2015、2016、2017级在校生中分别抽取160人进行调查。采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和通用的人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)进行问卷测评,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 人文关怀能力总分得分2017级最高为(116.49±16.76)分;在三个维度得分中,勇气维度平均得分均为最低,为(30.35±7.43)分,认知维度得分最高,平均为(46.81±7.00)分;日常家庭及学校生活氛围相对融洽的学生人文关怀能力较强(P<0.05);参与学校志愿者服务活动行为次数多(5次以上)的学生人文关怀能力较强(P<0.05)。结论 学校的培养方案中人文教育课程的设置以及相关人文素养的培养计划应具有延续性和系统性,达到全方位培养护生的人文关怀素养,提高其后续的临床人文执业能力的目标。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the level of humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates,analyze relevant influencing factors,and provide references for cultivating humanistic quality of nursing students.Methods By taking random cluster sampling method,160 people were selected to conduct the survey in 2015,2016 and 2017 of undergraduate nursing students in our school.General information questionnaire and Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) questionnaire were used.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the results with P<0.05 for the statistically significant difference.Results The total score of humanistic care was the highest in 2017 (116.49±16.76),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the three grades,the courage dimension average score was the lowest(30.35±7.43),and the cognitive dimension average score was the highest (46.81±7.00).Students with harmonious atmosphere of daily life had strong humanistic care ability (P<0.05).The students who participated in the volunteer service behavior more than 5 times had a strong humanistic care ability (P<0.05).Conclusion School of humanities education course in the training plan as well as the related humanities program should have continuity and systemic,achieve all-round cultivation of nursing students humanities care quality,and improve the follow-up clinical human's practice ability.
